That’s exactly what happened to me in 2016 when I took my skills and knowledge as a Registered Dietitian and started my own online coaching business full time. It was HARD, sometimes SCARY, and also STRESSFUL. There were even many times when I wanted to quit altogether.
But, I stuck with it, did the work, and put in the time. The result is that my company has become very successful, providing me with a significant income and serving thousands of clients in over 20 countries.
After becoming successful with one business, you would think that starting another one would be easy. Not exactly!
As my dietitian business coaching income grew, I started using that cash flow to invest in real estate. Yes, I know, it’s a far cry from the world of Registered Dietitians and other healthcare professionals. But for me, it was a way to take my EARNED income and turn it into PASSIVE income which continues to produce positive cash flow month after month, year after year.
My love for real estate led to me starting The Stephan Group, a real estate investment company. But that wasn’t easy, either. Just like the first business, it took TIME, WORK, and DEDICATION to reach the point where I am today with over $12 million in real estate assets.
